Ø Q: What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
Ø A: Usually the MOQ is 100 pieces for each item, but if we have inventory 1 piece is also acceptable. For some special parts, say, motorcycle axle, the MOQ could be 50 pieces.
Ø Q: What payment terms do you accept?
Ø A: We accept wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union. 30% advance and the balance before shipment.
Ø Q: What’s your return policy?

Ø Q: How about your titanium raw material?
Ø A: The raw material we use is from 100% melted sponge titanium. Not like us, many other factories use the raw material from recycling titanium scraps.

Ø A: Usually we declare US$80 to US$120 and the maximum no more than US$600. Please let us know timely if you want us to declare a true value.
Ø Q: What’s the difference among anodized color, PVD color and ceramic color?
Ø A: Anodized color means titanium part (anode) is processed under a lower electric voltage, usually no more than 100 V, with stainless steel cathode in the certain solution. The anodized film is very thin, only several microns, and is very easy to be scratched. Anodize colors mainly include blue, gold, pink, purple, green, rainbow and so on.
Ceramic color means titanium part (anode) is processed under a higher electric voltage, usually no less than 250 V, with stainless steel cathode in the certain solution. The ceramic film is very thick, about 30 microns, and is very difficult to be scratched. Ceramic colors mainly include gray and brown.
Physical Vapor Deposition means the titanium part is processed in the vacuum furnace, in which the color is made by the sputtering targets. PVD colors mainly include black, gold and rainbow.
